Refund Policy & Guarantee


We stand behind every single one of our products 100%. After giving Flexicose  a fair period of time (up to 90 days) to work, if you do not notice a positive improvement of your joint health, simply send us whatever you have left (even if it’s just an empty bottle) for a complete refund within the following guidelines:

 

  1. All returns must be lodged within 90 days of the date of purchase
  2. Refund is only offered for your first purchase, we will only accept one used bottle per customer.
  3. Refund is for the full purchase of the product excluding the postage 
  4. Unused bottles must be in resalable condition

 If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

To ensure fast delivery of your order, we at Direct Health Store make daily shipments every business day. We only use Courier or Australia Post Express service so you can expect to receive your order very quickly.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker.

Buyers will be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery.
