What is the difference between Flexicose and Flexicose Plus?

First, the product originally imported from America, is now being manufactured in Australia. Second, this has given us a unique opportunity to substantially improve the formulation. Flexicose plus® liquid - that’s the new name - now contains nine ingredients, each one chosen for its ability to support the joint health properties of glucosamine.

New Flexicose plus® liquid delivers a measured 1500 mg of pure glucosamine through the same handy squeeze-and-fill meter on the neck of the bottle and, because it is in liquid form it goes to work immediately. Every 7.5 ml single dose contains:

  1. Glucosamine Hydrochloride and Glucosamine Sulfate for a total of 1504 mg, a 33% increase of true Glucosamine over regular Flexicose.
  2. Chondroitin Sulfate is naturally produced in the body, where it helps maintain healthy cartilage. We’ve increased the Chondroitin content to 180 mg, a 50% increase over regular Flexicose.
  3. Boron, a new addition, assists in the maintenance of healthy bones and joints. Manganese Gluconate provides manganese a trace mineral, necessary in the body for bone formation. The Manganese content is 4.96 mg, a significant increase over regular Flexicose.
  4. Cupric Sulfate Pentahydrate provides copper, a trace mineral that plays an important role in the production of collagen in the body and is involved in the formation of joint connective tissue. An important new addition to Flexicose plus® liquid.
  5. Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C), an essential contributor towards the formation of collagen and also critical for bone development and maintenance. Content is
    increased from 15 mg in regular Flexicose to 50 mg in the improved product
  6. The quantity of both Bromelians and Boswellia Serrata Extract have both been significantly increased over regular Flexicose.
  7. The new Australian pack now contains an extra dose - 33 instead of 32

As you’d expect, the new product is manufactured under the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practices for Medicinal Products and is also listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.
